SHELBYVILLE, IN. (April 30) – Enhancing visitor, resident and guest service experiences is at the core of Shelby County Tourism and Visitors Bureau. In light of our commitment to up-to-date, easily accessible event information, we are partnering with I.T.I. Digital to deliver and simplify web content management through automation and cutting-edge technology to create better online user experiences.
“Inspiring travelers to discover a new destination and be able to do it quickly and easily, through our destination website is crucial. I.T.I. Digital is delivering this software, at its core, dynamic web content optimizes the user experience, which is one of the key things that visitors look for in choosing their preferred destination or brands”, states Rachael Ackley, Executive Director.

Digital will be an excellent partner to create a seamless platform for viewing events, determining events that are a good fit for the end user and easily accessing all information in a dynamic format. This technology essentially geofences our pre-determined zip codes, partner Facebook pages, Eventbright and more to ensure no festival or event is missed, and it
is posted online with enhanced search options. We will also be able to produce collateral materials at the click of a few buttons for our destination and hospitality partners”.
“These partners will be receiving a booklet, outlining the geofencing technology processes and how they can leverage the software even more to create exciting events listings.
