The City of Shelbyville (44 West Washington Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176), as a designated Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) community, intends to continue discharging storm water into the following watersheds (including name & 14 digit Hydrologic Unit Code): Big Blue River – Duprez Ditch (05120204030070), Big Blue River – Foreman Branch (05120204020080), Little Blue River – Rays Crossing (05120204030060), Lewis Creek – Shelby Twp School (05120205050040), Lewis Creek – Headwaters (05120205050030), Thompson Ditch (05120205050090), East Fork Slash Creek (05120205050110), Brandywine Creek – Swamp Creek (05120204040070), Brandywine Creek – Ed Clark Ditch (05120204040080); and are submitting a renewal Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-13 to discharge storm water run-off associated with municipal separate storm sewer systems.
