Staff Bio
Rod has served the Planning and Building Department since 2015, and currently serves as a Construction Inspector. In his role, Rod is responsible for the ongoing inspections required for constructon projects throughout the community. Rod specializes in residential projects, ranging from new multi-family developments, to historic restorations of single family homes. Rod also handles a majority of the Unsafe Structure cases brought to the department. Prior to begining with the City, Rod worked in the construction industry for over 15 years.
